Here are some Bible verses that mention Jehoram of Israel:

2 Kings 3:1-3 “Joram the son of Ahab began to reign over Israel in Samaria in the eighteenth year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, and reigned twelve years. And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD, but not as his father, and as his mother: for he put away the image of Baal that his father had made. Nevertheless he cleaved unto the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin; he departed not therefrom.”

2 Kings 8:16-17 “And in the fifth year of Joram the son of Ahab king of Israel, Jehoshaphat being then king of Judah, Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat king of Judah began to reign. Thirty and two years old was he when he began to reign; and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem.”

And here are some verses that mention Jehoram of Judah:

2 Chronicles 21:5-6 “Jehoram was thirty and two years old when he began to reign, and he reigned eight years in Jerusalem. And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, as did the house of Ahab: for the daughter of Ahab was his wife: and he did evil in the sight of the LORD.”

2 Kings 8:21-22 “And Jehoram slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David: and Ahaziah his son reigned in his stead. And in his days Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and made a king over themselves.”
2 Chronicles 21:8-10 “And Jehoram took for himself three wives: Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon the Hivite; and Ahaziahu the daughter of Jehoram, king of Israel; and Athaliah the daughter of Omri, king of Israel. And he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, as did the house of Ahab: for he had the daughter of Ahab as a wife. And he did evil in the sight of the Lord.”

2 Kings 9:15-17 “But King Jehoram had returned to Jezreel to recover from the wounds the Arameans had inflicted on him in the battle with Hazael king of Aram. Then Jehu said, “If this is your mind, then let no one escape or flee from the city to go and tell the news in Jezreel.” Jehu then rode in a chariot to Jezreel, where Joram king of Israel and Ahaziah king of Judah were staying. King Jehoram had been wounded in the battle with Hazael king of Aram.”

2 Chronicles 22:5-6 “He walked in the ways of the house of Ahab and did evil in the sight of the Lord, as the house of Ahab had done, for he was a son-in-law of Ahab’s. He followed their advice and went with Jehoram son of Ahab king of Israel to war against Hazael king of Aram at Ramoth Gilead. The Arameans wounded Joram.”
2 Chronicles 22:8 “And it came to pass, that, when Jehoram was established in the kingdom, he slew all his brethren with the sword, and divers also of the princes of Israel.”

2 Kings 8:24 “And Joram slept with his fathers, and was buried with his fathers in the city of David: and Ahaziah his son reigned in his stead.”

2 Chronicles 21:20 “Twenty and two years old was Ahaziah when he began to reign; and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Athaliah, the daughter of Omri king of Israel.”

As you can see, Jehoram is presented as a king who does evil in the sight of the Lord, who follows the ways of the house of Ahab and who kills his own brothers. He is also portrayed as a king who was wounded in battle and ultimately died, and his son Ahaziah reigned in his stead.
